It is with much sadness that we have heard that Roy Tansey

 passed away on Thursday 20th June.  

 

Roy was a member of Potters Bar Bowls Club for over 30 years

but had suffered ill health for the last few years.  He was Club Captain

and Membership Secretary at various times and Club President in 2009.

He was presented with his County Badge in 2010 and represented

the County on many occasions.

 

The funeral will be at 11.20am on Friday 26th July at West Herts Crematorium,

Garston, WD25 0JS.  There will be refreshments at Potters Bar Bowls Club

afterwards.  Should you decide to attend please let Terry Barker

know so that appropriate catering can be arranged.
