John Hill

It is with great sadness that we have heard that John Hill has

recently passed away.  

 

Before moving South, John was a long serving member of Townsend BC, he

represented the County for many years playing in Middleton Cup and

Eastern Counties Teams.

 

He had many County successes....winning the County Pairs in 1987, the

County Triples in 1986, the County Fours in 1978, 1983, 1985 and 1989

and the Eastern Counties Fours in 1985.
